MEET VICTOR DOVER

Victor Dover loves street trees, and is one of the featured presenters at the Feb 23 event, Designing A Future For Lady’s Island. This interactive community forum begins at 5:30 p.m. at Lady’s Island Elementary School, and you may pre-register here.

Victor Dover, FAICP, is a town planner and urban designer. Based in Miami, his firm Dover, Kohl & Partners, works all over the US and abroad. In the Lowcountry, Dover, Kohl & Partners is best known for their designs for revitalizing the traditional town core of Port Royal, the Boundary Street plan in Beaufort, the neighborhood of I’On in Mount Pleasant, and the recent “Rethink Folly Road” corridor plan. Dover co-authored Street Design: The Secret to Great Cities and Towns (Wiley, 2014).
